Variety Wild My husband wants me to talk my best friend into talking her husband into swapping.?
I would have to be really drunk to get over my nerves. She is really hot and I have gotten heavy. Don't think I could get over comparing our curves long enough to enjoy it. Do think that it could lead to a whole lot of wild variety. Should I try it?
NO! Don't because you guys are probably ment for eachother if you guys married. Don't risk love with risk!
As a lad, I spent many months on the wee isle of Guam. I was amazed at the large variety of food growing wild, coconut, breadfruit,
papaya and bananas.
I am wondering if the Philippines has been developed to the extent that there are no more wild fruits and nuts.
Yes there are still fruits, nuts, and many kinds of vegetations growing in Philippines. In big cities like Metro Manila because of urban developments and pollution they may have become scarce, but in provinces they are still abundant and many grow wild.
Examples are : kamote (cassava), different varieties of saging (bananas), papaya, pakwan (watermelon), sampalok (tamarind), kangkong (watercress), durian, kamatis (tomatoes), lansones (a very sweet fruit which only grows in tropical countries), kayumito (another tropical-only fruit), avocado.
Lily Vine My 4th grade son has this question on his science homework. Can anyone in Tennessee help us.?
For each of the plants listed below, describe one adaptation it has and tell how the adaptation helps the plant.
1. Vine-
2. Cactus-
3. Water lily-
He is in the Obion County School System in Tennessee.
Vine wraps around stuff and helps them grow tall
Cactus stores a lot of water so they can live in dry places
water lily has adapted to little sunlight they can live in water

Beautiful Summer Flowers What kind of flowers will continue to be beautiful through summer/fall?
I want to plant some flowers in my window (shady area)... but I'd hate if they only last a little while.
I'd be planting them now, and I need them to be pretty inexpensive. Also, I'm only going to be living in this place for a year- so I want them to be worth my effort. I want them pretty this Summer and Fall.
Any suggestions?
Most of your shade loving annuals will bloom now into fall. Some really pretty ones in my opinion are New Guinea Impatiens. They bloom and bloom and you can get them in some fairly unusual colors. Go to your greenhouse and look in the shade/semi-shad. You'll find more than you can pick from.

Great Gardens: Summer Flowers
What flowers can i plant in the beginning of April, and have them bloom by Summer?
hi! it's a beautiful day in NYC and i've been inspired to plant some flowers in my front yard. there's no shade and it gets a lot of sunlight. i was wondering if there are any flowers, any whatsoever, that can be planted today, and will bloom in a couple of weeks/months?
thanks for reading!
Hi back! I'm in South Carolina and it's beautiful here and already hot. Everything here has bloomed. I checked out your area garden center in Brookland and New York City and came up with Keil Brothers Garden Center. Click on Products after you go their site. It looks like they have quite alot of flowers that have bloomed so all you have to do is plant. Are they near you? Alot of flowers love full sun just be careful to not plant one that likes sun/partial shade so the sun doesn't "beat it to death" the little plastic information thingy that comes with each plant will tell you what it is and what kind of are it will like the best. Have FUN! Yippie! Summer at last.
Instant Flower Gardens I want to plant a small walkway garden. I guess its called a flower bed... But i need tips on starting it?
Im not sure what to try as a beginner... I wanted to try that instant roll out garden, but im havent read great things about it. My other option is trying like flowers from wal mart or something, but i would need alot of flowers wouldnt i? And i dunno whats better... the ones that are already bloomed or just the seeds? Im very clueless.. please help!!??!?
That depends on several things. How large is the space you're wanting to utilize?
Do you want instant gratification or do you want to watch something grow?
Do you want something that will cover the ground or just sprout up and flower?
What is the soil like/is anything growing there now?
How much sunlight does the area get? Some plants/flowers don't like "full sun," some prefer it.
If you go into your nearest Home Depot with some pictures, they can help you with the best plants to put into the space. You can also take a sample of your soil to show them. They'll need to know if it's sandy etc.
You can buy plants that have flowers on them, but I would recommend you make sure they're healthy looking before you purchase them. Don't buy sickly looking plants.
The roll out thing has worked for some. It really depends on many things. How much light does the area get? Again, soil type etc.
You can sketch it out on paper and get some ideas. Do research on-line to see what others have done.
Don't forget that a flowerbed looks best when it's framed with something. A little fence, landscaping brick etc...
I have been eyeing this too, but I read some reviews of it (or a similar flower mat product) in the garden forum and most were negative. It is not very expensive though so it could be worth it to check it out.
