August Lily Surprise
I would like help naming my twins... A boy and a girl due end of August.

This was a surprise pregnancy, and my last.

Fresh Lily bulb
What type of CO2 system is the best for these plants?
I was thinking about using Flourish excel or Turbo CO2 Bio-System System. The tank is a 29 gallon 30x12x18. The lighting is a Aqua-Glo 24" 20W bulb and a Aqua Rays Fresh/Saltwater 24" 20W bulb. The plants are from the amazon region which include Dwarf Sword Plants, Amazon Swords, Alternanthera reineckii, Dwarf Baby Tears, Mayaca fluviatilis, Dwarf Aquarium Lily, and Corkscrew Vallisneria. Which method would be the best?

Absolutely none.......
CO2 is tricky business.......CO2 fluctuations cause the majority of algae problems and it's best to go big or go home..
Adding excel may help if your plants are showing signs of co2 depletion but that's rarely the case.
Low CO2 levels just mean slow growth not unhealthy growth
CO2 systems (yeast derived) are fun for a bit but a major hassle with no real effects...A 2 litre bottle DIY system is the same the turbo..
sure your plants get a burst of co2 but maintain a steady co2 level is far more important and these systems peter out and reak algae havoc.
Next thing to remember is if your going to dose with CO2 you can have no surface water movement at all...Any surface agitation and any co2 you add goes out in the air pretty quickily so you have to dose alot to get any effect.
that's why pressurized co2 systems absolutely rock and do everything you think co2 should do. That can expel enough co2 at a constant rate to be really effective. But there expensive....figures
Nutshell
light drives the system..more light means more co2 (plant food) more food means more plant vitamins (liquid ferts)..No big light then no need for more co2. Have any one of these in more abundance than the others and all you grow is algae.
You have a great low light tank with low light plants...All the co2 they need will come from water changes..
