BACON AND TWO ONION CHEESECAKE
6 slices bacon,cooked - (diced )
1 large sweet onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic (minced)
2 cups (15 oz.) ricotta cheese
1/2 cup half-and-half
2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 eggs
2 green onions (thinly sliced)
Assorted Crackers for serving
Cook bacon until crisp in large skillet; remove to paper towels. When cool, dice into small pieces. Cook sweet onion and garlic in drippings until tender. Drain in strainer; discard bacon drippings. In bowl combine ricotta cheese, half-and-half, flour, salt and cayenne pepper; beat until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time; beat until smooth. Reserve 3 tablespoons bacon for garnish. Stir remaining bacon, sweet onion, garlic and green onions into ricotta mixture. Lightly grease sides of an 8-inch or 9-inch springform pan; pour batter into pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until set. Remove to wire cooling rack; cool to room temperature. Garnish with reserved bacon. Serve with assorted crackers,
Substitution: Vidalia-type sweet onions are particularly good in this recipe. If sweet onions are unavailable in your area, simply substitute yellow onions.

16 fresh asparagus spears
16 slices sandwich bread, crusts removed
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
2 Tablespoons minced fresh or dried chives
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
3 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Place asparagus in a skillet with a small amount of water; cook until crisp=tender, about 6-8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Flatten bread with a rolling pin. Combine the cream cheese, bacon and chives; spread 1 tablespoonful on each slice of bread. Top with an asparagus spear. Roll up tightly; place seam side down on a greased baking sheet. Brush with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cut roll-ups in half. Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield: 32 appetizers.
Ham Pickle Pinwheels
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
1/4 pound sliced Genoa salami
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
7 slices deli ham
14 to 21 okra pickles or dill pickle spears
Place cream cheese, salami and horseradish in a blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth. Spread over ham slices. Remove stems and ends of okra pickles. Place two or three okra pickles or one dill pickle down the center of each ham slice. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerated for at least 2 hours. Cut into 1-in. slices. Yield: about 3-1/2 dozen

2. Oven Braising
This method i using an oven bag or warp in that you're steaming the turkey. Pre heat you oven to about 340 degrees. Then put turkey in a roaster covered. Get the turkey stuffed with seasoning.
3.Turkey: Oven Bag Roasted
The choice on How to cook a turkey depends on which o the method you want to use. Oven bags are a great alternative instead of the traditional ones.
How to use it..
Put your bird in the bag the place it in with the pan in the oven consider adding some onions pealed orange and other flavors to the cavity of the turkey to add more flavors. follow the cooking instruction in the cooking bag packaging.

How To Prepare White Cement Sculpting Base
White ordinary Portland cement (WOPC) or white Portland cement is quite similar to the gray Portland cement. White cement shows same properties as gray Portland cement, except for color. The strength development and setting behavior of white Portland cement is same as gray Portland cement. White Portland cement is more expensive than its gray counterpart. This type of Portland cement is available in different types, including Types I, II, III, and V. The most commonly used types are Type I and Type III.
White Portland cement is manufactured in accordance to the ASTM C 150 and EN 197 Specifications for Portland cement. White cement is prepared by burning limestone along with other raw materials at a temperature of 1450 degrees Celsius. The white color of the white Portland cement is produced by manganese and iron metal oxides. The whiteness of WOPC depends primarily on iron and manganese metal oxides.
White cement can be used in combination with pigments to produce colored mortars and concretes. It can be used to produce concrete and mortars in a variety of bright colors, including yellow, red, green and blue. White Portland cement is used in a variety of applications. It is used in construction projects, architectural, artistic and decorative applications. It is widely used to make sculptures and artificial stones.
When white cement is combined with a binder and water and allowed to dry, it becomes extremely hard. The final mixture of WOPC depends on added inorganic pigment, color, amount of cement mixed and proportion of water added. WOPC can be molded like clay while it is wet. Also, you can carve WOPC like a stone after it dries up. You can make a variety of decorative sculptures and murals by experimenting with the amount of white Portland cement and level of moisture.
Here are few tips for preparing white cement sculpting mixture:
Always wear protective gloves and a mask while mixing, sanding or carving white Portland cement. Prolonged exposure to WOPC can cause cracking and burning of the skin.
Mix WOPC with a binder in a ratio of 1:1 in a five gallon bucket. You may use paper fiber insulation as binder.
Add a joint compound or concrete latex and water in a ratio of 1:4. The latex helps to give a smooth and clay like consistency to the mixture.
Mix the mortar thoroughly with your hands. Keep on mixing the cement sculpting base until it gains the consistency of modeling clay.
Create the armature for the sculpture with the help of PVC, wire or metal rods. Start adding the cement sculpting base to the structure. Give it a proper shape to create a beautiful statue.

The big success USA achieved in creating unprecedented wealth and prosperity for its people and the larger world through innovation and higher learning throughout twentieth century culminated in the information technology revolution and coming of a new knowledge-based economy where human beings are its biggest capital. Though USA's highly developed educational system has a major role to play in this success story, alongside have run faults which did not help realize its full potential.
According to Blue Ribbon Commission Report on Higher education published in October 2006, USA needs urgently to reform its higher education system or lose its unique position of strength and competitiveness. The report further observes that out of every ten 9th graders nationally, only three will obtain an associate's or bachelor's degree on time. These results simply are not good enough. US needs more people attending and finishing college with a certificate or degree in order to maintain its lead in the global economy.
Proportion of public funding spend on higher education has declined over the years in many states. For example, Connecticut in 1989 allocated 6.6 percent of the state's budget for higher education. It declined to 3.9 percent in 1997, before rising slowly to peak of 4.5 percent in 2001. Spending on higher education in 2010 is estimated to be 3.9 percent of Connecticut's state budget, matching 1997 low of 3.9 percent. Trend of falling proportional funding on higher education during the 1990s is typical of many states. This led to rise in tuition fees for students. Such rising costs did not serve the cause of Blacks and other economically disadvantaged class.

Over the years, USA tried to compensate its higher demand and lower supply of trained labor through a liberal immigration policy. Red heads FTW! Red hair is gorgeous and unique. I have red hair, my bf thinks it's hot ^-^. Blondes and brunettes are overrated in his opinion. Too many of them lol. If you have startling blue eyes it would set your face off even more if you have red hair and blue eyes. Don't apply an orange color though- if you can afford it get a professional to help you because applying red hair dye can be tricky.
