Dog Bird One What's a pet that isn't a dog, cat, or bird, that can strongly bond with it's owner and's easy to take care of?
I want to get a new pet, but I also want to have a strong relationship with it and I can't have a dog, cat, bird, or rodents, and I can't have ferrets. I also want it's care to be low maintenance. Can
Oh, I also already have one dog, and he's fiesty, so I also need an animal he won't, like, try to eat. Thanks

I heard about the Puente Hills Fault in the SCEC blog and its supposed to make a 7.3 quake in the future?
If this is true that Puente hills fault is supposed to make a 7.3 Landers Size quake from the San Gabriel Valley to Downtown LA. How come this isn't well known in the US Mainstream Media like Hayward, New Madrid, San Andreas, Denali, Alaska Subduction, Denali, and the Cascadia are. Besides that LA and the rest of CA have so many Earthquake faults to investigate with.
Because it's a thrust fault (a blind thrust fault, actually) that relies on compressional forces to function. This area of the world is a large transform boundary where the Pacific plate is grinding north relative to the North American plate. There just aren't many compressional forces to build. In this case, such a fault would have a sequence of thousands of years between rupture.
Further, no one can predict earthquake rupture of any kind. Nowhere, no kind, not a tiny bit. Not even the Southern California Earthquake Center. Or the USGS. Nobody. We have no measuring equipment to nail down anywhere that strain is being built, and further, how much the rock can handle before a rupture.
The Puente Hills Fault has only had 4 major ruptures in the last 11,000 years!!
We here in Southern California have more geologic features than we know what to do with. The 1994 Northridge quake happened on another fault that we didn't even know existed. It's easy to find the big faults, or the big subduction zones, or the huge volcanoes -- but locating hundreds of potentially dangerous faults of different kinds, nobody should bash anyone else for not having a perfect map. When I was growing up, there was a large earthquake along the Rose Canyon fault, and everyone thought it was a dead fault. We don't know enough, and this SCEC paper doesn't know *anything more.*
Beside, PHF is right under LA. What do you want people to do? Pick up and move? You can only prepare as much as you can reasonably prepare.

We have this plant by our door called a money tree.. annyywayy my dad wants to repot it but we don't know if it is okay to do?? the rocks on top of the dirt are soo compacted its hard to get them apart..but the plant is growing bigger..so do we need to replant it in a bigger pot?
The thing about repotting is that if you do so, the plant will continue to get bigger, because you are allowing it to have more room to grow. If you want the plant to grow more, or don't mind it getting larger, then go ahead and repot. If you dont want it to get bigger, then leave it in the pot it's in. This won't hurt the plant. (this is actually the main philosophy behind the art of Bonsai trees - keeping it in a small pot prevents the tree from getting larger) But you should give it some fertilizer in the spring so that it can get a new dose of nutrients and look healthy and vigorous. Plants kept in the same pot for years without fertilizing end up looking shabby and unhealthy, because the dirt never changes and they get no nutrients from anywhere else.
This is an excellent time to repot, because it is cold out, most plants are dormant and not growing. The most important thing is to try not to damage the roots too much. If the pot is plastic and small enough that you can turn it on it's side without hurting the plant, then yoiu can try to loosen the root and soil ball by rolling the pot gently back and forth on the ground and squishing the pot a bit. If it's a clay pot, then obviously you won't be able to do this. If it's light enough to pick up without much trouble, turn the plant upside down and gently tap on the bottom to encourage it to come out of the pot. If alot of dirt starts to fall out, you can try to keep it together by covering the top of the dirt around the plant with a cloth. This is easier to do if you have someone to help you.
If the pot it's in is too heavy or unweildy to pick up or roll around, or if the plant is just stubborn and won't come out, you may have to sacrifice the pot by breaking (gently) with a hammer (for clay pots) or cutting it away with a pair of tin-snips or other similar cutting tool (for plastic pots) to get the plant out. Pick a pot size bigger that looks like it will have enough room for the roots to spread out more. Get some decent potting soil, and put enough in the bottom of the new pot so that the top of the soil surface of the root/soil ball around the plant will be level with the top of the pot (allowing room for watering of course). Then put the plant in the new pot and add soil around it, tamping it down to eliminate large air pockets in the new soil.
Yes, Affiliate Money Tree is all and only about how to make a very comfortable affiliate income through pay-per-click marketing & advertising.
Mike Delrue claims to make over $18,659 a month with his pay-per-click affiliate marketing methods. He achieves this affiliate income without a website, without holding inventory, without spending more than 1 hour a day... you get the picture!
So, what affiliate marketing secrets is Mike Delrue willing to share in exchange for your $19.95 investment in the Affiliate Money Tree handbook?
Well...
Here's the main 'golden passage way' that's worth more than the $19.95 investment, in my opinion anyways:
* You get 2500 of the most profitable keywords Mike uses for Google Adwords and 20 other pay-per-click search engine advertising... i.e. the same keywords that cuts him his huge & fat cheques (or checks if you prefer) every month.
Now, of course there's really no way to verify this, is there?
But I've taken a close look at the 2500 Profitable Keywords revealed in the Affiliate Money Tree Handbook and there's definitely a 'winning system' that he's using to come up with these keyword (so you can learn his keyword generation approach to boost your own conversions).
His keyword generation system is the real reason for investing in this ebook, not the actual profitable keywords themselves.
Here's a hint: Mike uses 'buying' keywords rather than 'browsing' keywords
Feeling Lost? Let me explain
The keyword 'house' is considered a 'browsing' keyword because it's far too general . '4 Bedromm Villa' is definitely more of a 'buying' keyword because the 'searcher' is pinpointing down to a specific size and style of house.
So, why do I say the most valuable 'Diamond in the rough' in the Affiliate Money Tree book is his keyword generator system rather than the 2500 Profitable Keywords?
Let's think back a bit to when this book became available and then ahead to when you purchase, read and start using the tools in the book.I know that there are many lost Affiliate Marketers or should I say those trying to get a break in Affiliate Marketing .Honestly probably hundreds or possibly even thousands of other opportunity seekers would be using all the EXACT keywords for their AdWords campaigns. They don't know any better , but now you do.
Now this would result in increased competition and therefore the amount you'll need to bid for each keyword will also increase.
But as mentioned earlier, you're well advised to learn how he generates his keywords and use his system to promote other less competitive affiliate programs.Atleast until you get off your feet and have a little padding in the profit department .Then if you wanna go battle it out you'll be in a much better position to secure a secure position in the war of keywords.
* Along with the 2500 Profitable Keywords are 35 Money-Making Affiliate Programs Mike promotes through pay-per-click advertising.
* Mike also shares with you the Maximum Bids for each of the 2500 keywords, so you
don't over-bid yourself .
* You'll also get a list of 300 Pay-Per-Click Search Engines and a review of over 70
Affiliate Networks so you can make an educated decision on which affiliate program will best suite your desired path.
* He also provides you with a 8 Solid Tips to Blast Your Affiliate Conversions Sky
High (Hint: One of these tips 'Target Your Keywords' alone is worth the price of the
book!)
* And finally, you get a 9-Step Action Plan for Long-Term Success
* OOPs I almost forgot the bonuses he's throwing in!
But frankly, the bonuses are really the same old 'found everywhere' bonuses... So
I'm not gonna waste your time by mentioning them here!
But hey... that'll be asking for too much isn't it?
In closing Affiliate Money Tree by Mike Delrue is a 'one-of-its-kind' Affiliate Marketing
manual for pay-per-click marketers - that's worth its weight in gold!
The Verdict: Is Affiliate Money Tree your Golden Pass to Affiliate Success?
Well, I'd say sure...
Remember though , "there is always more than one road to success".
It's not which road you take that's important.... but the fact that you're taking a
road... and moving towards your desired goal that's gonna make a difference.
White Small HI, is the propane used for a home lpg hot water heater the same as used in the small white tanks we refill?
HI, I am wondering if the fuel and the cost are the same or similar (is the propane used for a home lpg hot water heater the same as used in the small white tanks we refill?) thanks jerry
thanks everyone. To propane man...the tank I refererred to came with the grill, it is an outdoor grill with little lava type rocks?you have heard of these? I did not have to change the connection at all it came set up.
Yes, the only reason that the large tank, for your hot water heater is sumwhat cheaper to refill, is that you are buying it in bulk from a gas supplier.
