Growing crocus Plants

Are tulips stored overwinter in an unheated garage good to plant in the spring?
I live in Iowa where winters get to -15 or so, and I didnt plant all of my tuips and crocus in the fall 2010. If I plant them in a few weeks should they grow?
Your bulbs will be perfectly ok they are still in the dormant period and so the cold will not have done them any harm at all. Plant them as soon as the ground is workable or an alternative to waiting will be to plant them in pots to start them off inside and then plant them by the potful outside when they've started growing and the weather and ground is right, then you could dot them around just where they'd look good.
